I have heard people say, “This is an uphill battle that we are facing.”
Meaning the difficult times we face, or the trials and tribulations we endure, are an uphill battle for us.
However, I beg to differ with those people.
Philippians 1:6 says;
“For the Lord your God is He who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies, to give you the victory.”
There is no battle for you to fight.
The battle has already been won.
2 Chronicles 20:15 says, “He said: ‘Listen, King Jehoshaphat and all who live in Judah and Jerusalem! This is what the Lord says to you: ‘Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s.
And in all the things that we face, Romans 8:37 says, “Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us”.
Philippians 4:13 says, “I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.”
Through your Faith in Jesus Christ, you have been given the ability to overcome the challenges, trials, or difficult situations that you face.
By God’s word, the enemy is defeated, and we have the victory.
