Do not become consumed with lying tongues.
They will say things about you that are not true and will try to corral people to come against you.
God sees and knows, for He alone will vindicate you.
David said in Psalm 120
V1. I call on the Lord in my distress, and he answers me.
V2. Save me, Lord, from lying lips and from deceitful tongues.
V3. What will he do to you, and what more besides, you deceitful tongue?
V4. He will punish you with a warrior’s sharp arrows, with burning coals of the broom bush.
Do not worry and do not fret, He sees you are for peace while others are for war and trouble. God sees the heart of man, and they will answer to Him. So, do not see vengeance, for vengeance is mine, said the Lord.”
Romans 12:19 says;
“Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, ‘Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.
