Was it You, God, who was holding my hand as I was walking through the darkest of days.
Was it you God, who put a light on my path and showed me the way I should go.
Was it You, God, who was wiping my tears and calmed my fears and told me it would be alright?
Was it You, God, who sent those people to help me when I was at my lowest point?
Was it You, God, who gave me peace when I went to sleep?
God, I’ve had many thoughts as I wondered how I would make it through.
As I prayed and cried out to You.
That’s when, I felt a calming peace come over me as I heard a voice saying so sweetly,
“You are My child, and I have never left you alone.
Yes, I have a plan for you
So, trust Me as I walk with you through this storm,
And always remember,
You Are Not Walking Alone.”
