God Set Us Free

Thank You, God, for Freedom, The Freedom
You have given to us is priceless.
It is so precious that nothing can compare.
That expression of love is extremely rare.

The way You expressed your love 
And the affection that You showed, 
It's more than anything anyone could ask for. 
Yet, You did it without question.

It has never been seen again, 
Yet, everyone seems 
To continue to talk about their freedom. 

Everyone in the world can be free. 
If they are willing to receive 
The work that Jesus did on the cross 
And acknowledge it was You that set us Free. 

My God, You gave us freedom. 
You sent your son to set us free, and in 
That selfless act, we now know, we cannot be defeated.
