Many Christians believed that when they gave their lives to Jesus Christ and accepted Him as their Lord and Savior, everything from that moment forward would be peachy keen.
They thought everything would go great and all their troubles would be over.
The thought is true; however, the concept (general idea) is not what they thought it would be.
Meaning, the process of those thoughts was not what they had ever expected.
With God, what appears to be a setback is a setup to move you into prosperity.
You will thrive and be successful in life. You will be blessed to be a blessing.
That is what true prosperity is.
So, don’t become discouraged and give yourself some credit because you are staying the course.
Tell yourself, “It is well with my soul”.
And believe it.
Joshua 1:9 says, “Be strong and courageous; do not be afraid or dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go”.
